Policies in the hotel "Aristokrat"

Dear guests! We welcome you in our hotel with pleasure!
Please carefully read the rules of residence.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These rules are based on the current legislation of Ukraine, decrees of the State Committee of Ukraine for housing and communal services, the State Committee on Tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and taking into account the Council of the International Hotel Association requirements.
2. Hotel "Aristokrat", Poltava guarantees guests compliance with all the rules of confidentiality.
3. The hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty for violation of the guests of fire safety rules, smoking and disobedience to lawful demands of the administration.
4. Comments and suggestions on hotel operation can be left at the reception of the hotel.

HOTEL POLICIES

1. The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Estimated time - 12:00 Check-out time - 12:00 Check-in time - 14:00.

2. Check in at the hotel made only upon presentation of a passport or other identity document.

3. The cost of the settlement of the second guest - 500 UAH.

4. The fee for children aged 6 to 12 years, without extra bed, the payment is charged at a rate of the cost of "child breakfast" - 200 UAH. When placing children with the provision of additional space, the payment is charged at a rate of 350 UAH. When placing children under 6 years of payment will be charged (breakfast is charged additionally at the client's request).

5. Payment for hotel accommodation is done at check Guest (Guests) in the amount of the full cost of the stay.

6. Calculation of payment for accommodation is from 12 o'clock of the date on which the guest stopped, regardless of the actual hours of arrival. For stays less than a day fee is charged for the whole day regardless of check-out time.

7. Early check-in (before 12:00) and late check-out (after 14:00) are charged additionally according to the approved tariff.

8. Extension of hotel accommodation is made, subject to availability.
9. Breakfast time from 7:30 to 10:30 am in the hotel restaurant.
10. In the case of the need to store your luggage, you can use a luggage room, located at the reception desk at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended in the room.
11. Additional complimentary amenities include a call to an ambulance, taxi, service alarm, use of an electric kettle, an iron.
12. Please take care of the hotel property, to comply with fire safety regulations. Leaving the room, please close the window, cranes hygiene room, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances. In the case of property damage to the property, the client agrees to compensate it in full.
13. Guests take into account and do not object to the use of on-site surveillance system with the exception of toilets and personal guest suites.

To ensure the safety and security in hotels

DO NOT:

1. Smoking in rooms, halls and spaces (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On measures to prevent and reduce the use of tobacco products and their harmful effects on public health" prohibits smoking tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs in public and other places.) Fine 300 UAH
2. Use electrical appliances in the room, except as permitted for use.
3. Transfer to strangers the keys to the rooms.
4. Keep flammable materials in the room.

6. Break the generally accepted norms of behavior, including be on site under the influence of drugs.
7. To show aggression or actions that threaten the safety, health or property of others.

9. To place in your room after 23:00 without payment and registration of their stay.
